This conservatory is believed to be haunted. There have been a number of strange occurrences here including disembodied voices, footsteps, doors that slam on their own, objects that disappear, along with other eerie phenomena, especially in the dorm buildings. Some believe it is haunted here because it used to be a hospital in the 1800s, where many deaths occurred.
