It's no surprise that this cemetery in Salem is said to be haunted. Not only are cemeteries a normal hot spot for paranormal activity but place it in a place like Salem and the hauntings are even more eerie!

The Howard Street Cemetery is home to over 1,100 graves and has an unmarked one that is said to belong to one of the five men executed during the Salem Witch Trials. This grave was that of Giles Corey, a man who was accused of witchcraft and sentenced to death by the press. Corey's spirit is believed to linger the cemetery grounds and possibly all of Salem Village. Reports say that Corey's ghost will appear at the cemetery right before a tragic event takes place in the town.
