This building dates back to 1804 and is believed to be haunted by its original owners, the Dimmick family. Their teenage daughter Sarah died in the room in 1823 and she has been seen in some of the rooms wearing an olf-fashioned white nightgown. She has been known to hover over guests as they sleep, looking at them strangely, as if she is wondering why they are in her bed! Other female and male apparitions have also been seen, including that of former owner, Dr. Tripp.
