Ventford Hall is believed to be haunted by a few ghosts, and some say they even try to touch people. One report is that of a woman's face that hovers as it descends at a staircase, a whispering voice, screams and doors that open and close on their own. People believe the spirits are those of former owners, George and Sarah Morgan. This location has been featured on an episode of TV's Ghost Hunters.
